Books of the Bible
Pieces of the Promise - Books of the Bible is a deck of cards that can be used to learn the Books of the Bible, the authors, categories and what each book is about. Here are a few tips to help you use them:
1. Learn the categories by giving everyone a handful of cards. Ask them to group them by category and to try to put them in order from beginning to end.
2. Play the games that are included in this deck. The games will allow for more familiarity with the books and their categories.
3. Quiz each other by asking who the author is or what a book is about.
4. Make up games on your own. Have fun learning about God’s Word!
Each card includes: - The Title of the book, - The Author, - A short description, - The category it is in - If it's in the Old or New Testament.
There are 70 cards in each deck. - Two game instruction cards for playing games. - Helpful Hints on ways to use these cards.
Each category is color coded so its easy to identify which books belong together!
